Dental Implants Without Surgery: The Precision of Guided Implant Placement

The Latest Technology for Dental Implant Placement

Dental implant placement has advanced significantly. Today, thanks to digital technology and the use of special surgical guides, in many cases we can place dental implants with greater precision, faster procedures, and less discomfort.

But what does placing a “dental implant without surgery” really mean?

It means that, in suitable patients, we can place the implant without making large cuts with a scalpel, without lifting the gum tissue, and in many cases, without the need for stitches

Everything starts with digital planning. Using a 3D study and an intraoral scan of the patient’s mouth

we can carefully evaluate the bone, teeth, and other important structures. This allows us to plan the ideal position, depth, and angle of the implant before starting the procedure.

Based on this planning, a personalized surgical guide is created and placed over the patient’s teeth during the procedure. This guide helps us place the implant exactly where it was digitally planned, with a high level of precision.

For the patient, the greatest benefit is the recovery.

Many of the discomforts after traditional surgery do not come from the implant itself, but from manipulating the gum tissue: making incisions, lifting the tissue, and placing stitches.

By avoiding or reducing these steps, there is usually less inflammation, less discomfort, and a faster, more comfortable recovery.

At Dentaler, we combine 3D studies, digital scanning, and careful planning to make dental implant placement increasingly precise, safe, and comfortable for our patients.

Every case is different, and not every patient is a candidate for this incision-free technique. That is why a proper initial evaluation is essential to choose the safest and most appropriate treatment for each person.

If you are considering a dental implant and want to know if this technique is right for you, we invite you to schedule a consultation or contact Dentaler. Our team will be happy to provide a personalized evaluation and guide you through the entire process.
